Quadrant has been in the business of providing outsourced information
transformation services to clients across the globe for 16 years now. It all
started when Mr Shailendra Krishna, a student of MIT’s Sloan School of
Management wrote an ambitious outsourcing-to-India business plan. A year later,
Quadrant was born. The first few projects, 16 years ago, were basic data-entry
projects, where the digital data was actually shipped back to the US in
floppies.
Quadrant, in the true sense of the word, has been a pioneer in the business
process outsourcing business in India, and has come a long way since its humble
beginnings. Part of a 10-million-dollar enterprise, Quadrant is headquartered
in Gurgaon, a suburb of New Delhi, India, with sales operations in the USA and
Australia.

Over 350 skilled professionals operate out of its new state-of-the-art
27,000-sq. ft. access-controlled, independent facility in Gurgaon. The new
facility was designed to accommodate rapid ramp-up and can accommodate close to
1,500 executives.
With a mission to provide the best business process outsourcing service in our
industry – Quadrant strives for quality, creativity and excellence in every
aspect of its work. Our people, our technology and our approach enable us to
deliver the right outsourcing solutions to our clients, while still providing a
cost-effective solution.
